Oh my gosh. Terrible customer service. I don't know how those staffs were traine. I have been there more than 5 times. But never treated well. I asked one of the staffs about a product and she said that directly to my face that she couldn't help me as she was stacking the shelves. I was shocked for a moment and I left the store. Never go back.

I bring my mom here every few weeks. She is elderly and does not get out much but when she does she loves coming here specifically. The staff are always nice and accommodate her and her ability to show them everything she has been crafting with her phone. A 10 min shop takes about and hour. Im so thankful for the ladies there as it makes a huge difference in her life. 🙏

Easy to navigate, lots of fun stuff. My checkout machine was acting up, and staff were super friendly while the fixed it.

When asking for help from the staff, Guess it was the wrong thing to do. The staff member was rude it hasn't been the first time.

The Woman Working Last Night (till Close) I assume The Manager/Supervisor... The Several Times I Have been there, while she's on Shift, ALWAYS Personable With Me, Very Friendly and ALWAYS Has Great Interaction with Fellow Employees

Great selection and seems like a nice, clean, well laid out store. Wondering why on a busy Saturday morning with 6-10 people in line, there's only one till open and nobody thinks to call for more assistance? Perhaps in this newer store, self checkouts should be installed (like the older location by WalMart)
